  • Allow amusement parks and entertainment centers to operate with a full capacity.​

  • Providing security personnel at the entrances and gates of to verify that EHTERAZ application has been downloaded by the visitors and that the health status is green to allow entry.
  • Wearing of face masks is mandatory for customer service employees working indoors including cashiers, receptionists and security personnel.​.​
  • Encouraging customers to pre-book online.
  • Allocating one entrance and one exit, with the need to create a record with visitors’ information and numbers. 

  • The venue management should designate an individual responsible for ensuring the implementation and monitoring of all infection prevention and control, and hygiene measures.
  • Not to allow entry of any of the employees showing symptoms of Covid-19, to provide an isolation room, and to notify the Ministry of Public Health officials of any suspected cases.
  • Develop a return to work plan commensurate with the procedures of the Ministry of Public Health, approved by it, and strictly enforced with the need to train employees on it.
  • Follow the guidelines and policies for COVID-19 prevention, including:
    • Commitment to the gradual opening plan and the time periods announced by the Supreme Crisis Committee.
    • Commitment to the guidelines related to the responsibilities of business entities to prevent the spread of Covid-19 virus inside the workplace and public places issued by the Ministry of Public Health.
    • Adherence to the guidelines for the safe operation of the building heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system in buildings.

  • Provide hand sanitizers in several places to facilitate their use.
  • Disinfect and sanitize areas and devices exposed to frequently touching before working hours, after each use and on a regular basis.
  • Ensure that the air conditioning system is clean and disinfected regularly and increase the fresh air intake as much as possible, either by means of air handling systems (air conditioners) or by opening windows and doors, operating fans, etc.
  • Ensure that there are clear signs to maintain hygiene and other precautionary measures in all areas.
  • Ensure the availability of facilities for washing/sanitizing hands at entrances, corridors and toilets, and encouraging their frequent use.
  • Providing paper towels and closed litter boxes and encouraging coughing and sneezing etiquette.
  • Limiting cash transactions, urging customers to pay by bank card, and regularly disinfecting and wiping credit card readers.​​


  • Encourage employees to keep up-to-date with the latest information, safety and prevention advice on COVID-19. ​
  • Continuous awareness of visitors through posters and banners and the use of educational materials published by the Ministry of Public Health. 

  • COVID-19 recovered patients who have been infected in the last 12 months are entitled the same privileges as vaccinated individuals.
